Make your own way to the after-party once the ceremony has finished (it will only last around 45 minutes). Feel free to nip for a bite to eat if you don't think you'll be able to last until the buffet in the evening.

Getting There

GETTING TO THE CIVIC HALL:

There isn't any parking outside Leeds Civic Hall, but there is a drop-off spot to the side on Portland Crescent.
The nearest car parks include the Rosebowl, Portland Crescent (LS1 3HB), Citipark Merrion Centre, Merrion Way (LS2 8BT) and Woodhouse Lane Car Park (LS2 3AX).

There are loads of public transport options - the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away (roughly half a mile), and there are bus stops on the Headrow. Moovitapp.com is a good site for figuring out public transport options.

GETTING TO THE AFTER-PARTY:

Grindhouse is a 10 minute walk from the Civic Hall, and you're welcome to make your way straight there after the ceremony - or nip to Primark first to buy a new tracksuit.

If you want to jump in a taxi, and save your energy for dancing, ask the taxi driver to drop you off by TK Maxx on the Headrow.

There are plenty of accommodation options in Leeds City Centre - but if there's anything we can do to help, please let us know.

Useful Info

This is a very casual, non-traditional wedding. We don't care what you wear, what you bring, or how drunk you get - we just want you to enjoy the celebration!

Food & Drink:

The after-party is in a bar, so there'll be plenty of drinks available - but we can put in some special requests to make sure your favourite tipple is available. If you'd really like a cup of tea, a Guinness zero, or a particular wine or spirit let us know and we'll see what we can do.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know on the RSVP form. If you need vegan, veggie, gluten free, dairy free or bacon only options, make sure you let us know so we can pass the details onto the venue.

The buffet will be around 6pm, and there'll be hot food available - but it won't be a fancy sit down 3-course meal... and there'll be no sugared almonds, so don't get your hopes up. And if you don't like what's on the menu, there'll be plenty of time to go get yourself a kebab.
